Chetan Bhagat

Chetan Bhagat (born 22 April 1974) is an Indian English language author. He is one the most famous writer who has created the best fan club behind him than any other writer in India. His genre includes humor, management, and fiction. p
His first book, Five Point Someone - What not to do at Indian Institute of Technology (May 2004) is a novel about three boys who join Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and try to cope with the notoriously heavy workload of the institute and how they survive through to lead their life.
His second book, One Night @ the Call Center, released in India on October 2005, continues to be a bestseller as of January 2008. The book is about six people who work at a Call Center and one night which changes it all for them.
Chetan Bhagat's third book, The Three Mistakes of My Life was released in May 2008. About the Book - In late-2000, a young boy in ahmedabad called Govind Patel dreamt of having a business. To accommodate his friends Ish and Omi's passion, they open a cricket shop. Govind's wants to make money and thinks big. Ish is all about nurturing Ali, the batsman with a rare gift. Omi knows his limited capabilities and just wants to be with his friends. However, nothing comes easy in a turbulent city. To realize their goals, they will have to face it all - religious politics, earthquakes, riots, unacceptable love and above all, their own mistakes.

Russell Peters

Dominic Peters is a Canadian stand-up comedian, and an actor of Anglo-Indian descent. Russell Peters is a renowned comedian in Canada and most famous in India too. He has performed in a number of stage shows and three of them have been put officially on DVD.

First of his DVD is “Outsourced” an uncensored version. The second one is “Show Me the Funny” and the latest release is “Red, Brown and White”. He has performed in a number countries like UK, Australia, Mainland China, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Denmark, South Africa, the Caribbean, Vietnam, New Zealand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Pakistan, India, UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, and the United States among other places. Peters’ comedy focuses largely around his Canadian upbringing and racial stereotypes, as he often parodies his parents and South Asian culture. Much of his material explores the cultural divides between many different ethnicity and upbringings in a way that includes many impressions.

Indian Maestro Up To A New Level

A.R.Rahman has done it again. The best musician India has ever produced; Rahman has won the Golden Globe award for the Best Music Composer for his amazing music in Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire. The film tells the heart warming story of an 18-year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai who goes on to win a staggering Rs.20 million ($420,000) on India's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" game show. Rahman’s music has helped the movie to show all the emotions and thinking of a slum orphan. This earned him the prestigious award. Now Rahman is all set to be nominated for next month’s Academy awards.

Winners of the Golden Globes are determined by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and are often considered a precursor of contenders for the Academy Awards. The earlier week, Slumdog Millionaire had won two awards from the Los Angeles Film Critics Association - Best Director for Boyle and Best Music for Rahman

Little Master

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, born April 24, 1973 in Mumbai, India, is an Indian cricket player widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket. He is the master of cricket and Tendulkar is the highest run scorer in both Test matches and One-Day Internationals and also the batsman with the most centuries in either form of the game. He started his carrier very early age of 16, where he scored his first century after only after 78 One-Day Internationals and then emerged to score most number of centuries by any other batsmen in the world.

He was also the first player to score 10,000 runs in one-day internationals, and also the first player to cross every subsequent 1000-run mark that has been crossed in one-day international cricket history. Sachin is considered to be the Wisden No: 1 one-day international cricket player and No: 2-test cricket player after Sir Donald Bradman. He was named No: 1 by the legendary leg spinner Shane Warne in his book of his top hundred cricketers.
